If I put The Witcher 3 on the lowest settings, I easily get a steady 60 frames per second. If I run any new game, the frame rate difference between the lowest graphical settings and the highest settings are huge. I can run The Witcher 3 just fine, even though that game has higher requirements than Far Cry 4. I know what my laptop card is capable of. Even if it is a very demanding title, it does not make sense that the frame-rate stays roughly the same with very high settings (AA on, very high details, etc).
This means I have turned off everything that can be turned off (including AA and put everything to the lowest).
